1. Luxus Colombia may only rent and provide tourist services to natural persons who can enter into legally binding contracts under applicable law. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.

2. Luxus Colombia will ask the customer for certain personal information, which must be accurate, precise and complete.

3. The customer is not authorized to travel or carry any dangerous article prohibited or considered inappropriate by any applicable law, rule or regulation. The customer shall assume any consequences and liability arising from carrying such items. Luxus Colombia is in no way responsible for any damage or accident.

4. The client may not behave in an uncivilized manner, nor contrary to morality or public order (including smoking, drinking alcohol, or any other drugs or superscribed medication) inside the vehicles, hotels or facilities.

5. The customer will provide the identification documentation requested by Luxus, for the conclusion of the contract.

6. The client shall pay punctually for all services provided by Luxus Colombia.

7. The customer may pay for the services through its electronic payment account and online banking payment systems. Payment processing will be subject to these Terms and Conditions and the terms and policies of electronic payment service providers and credit/debit card issuing banks. Luxus shall not be liable for errors made by electronic payment service providers or credit/debit card issuing banks.

8. The customer will be able to manage their Services and check the status of their order through our communication channels, WhatsApp, email and contact phone.
