By accessing or using goldenyachtcharters.com ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Book GYC LLC ("GYC", "we", "our") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
This Site is an informational and booking inquiry platform for Golden Yacht Charters, a luxury yacht charter company operating in South Florida and the Bahamas. Submission of a charter request form does not constitute a confirmed reservation. Reservations become binding only upon execution of a signed charter agreement and receipt of a deposit.
All content on this Site — including text, photographs, videos, logos, and design — is the property of Book GYC LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
By submitting an inquiry form, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You grant GYC the right to use your contact information to respond to your inquiry and, if you have provided SMS consent, to send you text messages related to your charter.
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Rates, availability, and vessel specifications are subject to change. Photographs are representative — actual vessel appearance may vary. GYC does not warrant that the Site will be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GYC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount you have paid to GYC in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Actual charter engagements are governed by the separate Charter Agreement executed at booking. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Use and a signed Charter Agreement, the Charter Agreement controls. See our Charter Policies for deposit, cancellation, weather, and gratuity terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. GYC is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such sites. Links do not constitute endorsement.
